Consent for the processing of personal data

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection," hereby freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by the Limited Liability Partnership "BRIK" registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the following address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan city, Saryarka district, Zhеnis Avenue, building 29, BC "Tabys," office 509, postal code 010000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

Personal data refers to any information related to a specific or identifiable individual. This consent is granted to the Operator for the following actions with my personal data, using automation and/or without using such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, both automated and non-automated.

This consent is given to the Operator and third party(-ies) in compliance with the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the following purposes:

1. Receiving inquiries and applications from clients.
2. Informing about new products, special promotions, and offers.
3. Sending electronic cash receipts in electronic form.
4. Informational mailings.

The Operator processes clients' personal data for a period not exceeding the purposes of processing, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By applying for installment and/or credit arrangements for goods on the website, the client consents to the provision and transfer of information related to financial and other property obligations to the operator. This includes receiving a credit report from/to credit bureau(s) and other organizations or sources in the future. The client also agrees to:

• Collection and processing of personal and/or biometric data by "State Credit Bureau" JSC.
• Receipt of information about the client from state databases (hereinafter referred to as GBD) from operators/owners of GBD.
• Providing "State Credit Bureau" JSC with information about the client obtained from GBD.
• Receiving information about the client from GBD.

This consent is valid until its revocation by sending a corresponding notification to the email address site@brik.kz. In case of revocation, the Operator may continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection.
