Delivery of a 1.4 MW containerized diesel generator (CDG) to the QazCloud Data Center.

 In the summer of 2021, our company delivered a containerized diesel generator (CDG) to ensure backup power supply for the data centers (DC) of our client, QazCloud.

The delivered equipment includes:

• Container unit "ENERGO-K12" sized 12000x2440x2896 mm, insulated;

• AGG Power P1875D5 Diesel Generator Set (DGS) with a nominal power of 1.4 MW/1.7 MVA and a 1000-liter fuel tank;

• Fire and security equipment;

• Life support equipment (for internal needs) - ventilation, heating, lighting.

The AGG Power P1875D5 DGS meets the following specifications:

• DGS P1875D5 (Prime Power Rating - 1364 kW/1705 kVA, Standby Power Rating - 1500 kW/1875 kVA);

• Perkins 4012-46TAG3A diesel engine (fuel consumption at 100% load (PRP) - 370 l/h, at 75% - 275 l/h);

• Leroy Somer LSA52.3 S5 synchronous generator (3-phase, 0.4 kV, 50 Hz) with AREP excitation system, electronic voltage regulator with independent regulation for each phase, optimized for non-linear loads with pulse power supply blocks;

• 3200 A automatic switch (manufactured by ABB) with an electronic trip relay;

• DGS control panel with ComAp IL AMF 20 controller, remote monitoring, and control module via the Ethernet network using SNMP protocol;

• Electric starters - 2 units per generator;

• Low-voltage charging generator;

• 24 V starter battery kit;

• Mounting frame with engine and generator vibration isolators;

• Engine coolant electric heater with a circulation pump - 2 sets;

• Battery charger (230V);

• Engine oil sump pump;

• Low-noise muffler - 40 dB - 2 units.
