Proactive technical support is aimed at continuous monitoring of the entire equipment to reduce downtime, ensure stable operation, and extend the service life of technical assets. This service is focused on preventing potential failures, conducting effective service preventive maintenance, and reducing the risks of premature equipment failure for the customer.Our proactive equipment service support project for the uninterrupted power supply nodes of KazTransOil JSC serves as a good example. Our specialists have successfully implemented and developed a 24/7 monitoring system that covers uninterruptible power supply systems, diesel generator sets, photovoltaic stations, power quality analyzers, and battery banks.
The monitoring system includes more than 215 uninterruptible power supply units, over 55 diesel generator sets, 30 photovoltaic stations, more than 1920 battery units, and 200 power quality analyzers.
Monitoring is carried out by collecting diagnostic indicators of equipment operating modes, and the obtained data are processed and analyzed by specialized programs. The ServiceDesk team carefully monitors data processing, generates operational summaries, reports, and proactive notifications. In case of identifying potential risks, the information is transmitted to the responsible individuals of the customer's technical service for preventive actions.
